Ukraine has introduced the world's first AI diplomat, Victoria Shi, an AI-generated avatar serving as the digital spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Victoria will only present human created content and mainly aims to reduce efforts of communicating information.
To authenticate and provide provenance each statement by Shi will feature a unique QR code that allows anyone verifies the content on the Ministry's official website to forego deepfakes.

This camera (a hacked smartphone) and its cloud-based AI model reconstructs what it predicts a person's naked body would look like based on data about their gender, face, age, and body shape and creates a deepfake nude of anyone within 10 seconds of a simple portrait.
It was created by two german artists to raise awareness for the issue and ease of potential misuse of AI technology. Source
